Not everybody is the same thats why not every class is the same. At Rising Lotus Yoga SCV we recognize that yoga is not one size fits all. Take a look at our class descriptions to find the one that is right for you.
LEVEL 1 - Basic instruction, great for those new to the practice or looking to refine technique
LEVEL 1/2 - Fundamentals are taught but with some introduction to flow and instruction into more advanced poses
LEVEL 2/3 - Our signature flow class, incorporates breath, movement, advanced postures and steady flow. (recommended 6 months prior practice)
MIXED LEVEL FLOW - Expect to flow from pose to pose with variations given and modifications offered. Some level 1 experience is helpful.
EASY DOES IT - Our class below level 1, with minimal flow at a slower pace, great for students working with injury or pain.
RESTORATIVE - All levels welcome. Poses are held longer and with support from props to quiet and relax the body and mind.
URBAN ZEN - Perfect for anyone dealing with stress or overcoming an injury. Different healing modalities are used to help the body restore.
